Our boot camps incorporate warm up jogging, followed by karyokes, striders and lunges at 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 speed. Those will be followed by ups and downs, cone runs, medicine ball toss, and dumbell punches, sit ups, and much much more. Watch the video of our boot camp. We do a different workout virtually every time you come, and we keep your body guessing, enabling you to get in fantastic shape very fast.
