Our boot camps incorporate warm up jogging, followed by karyokes, striders and lunges at 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 speed.

Those will be followed by ups and downs, cone runs, medicine ball toss, and dumbell punches, sit ups, and much much more.

Watch the video of our boot camp. We do a different workout virtually every time you come, and we keep your body guessing, enabling you to get in fantastic shape very fast.

2011 Co-ed Fitness Boot Camps (now enrolling)

Co-Ed camps are "come one, come all" boot camps. They are of moderate to high intensity and incorporate all of the butt kicking exercise mentioned above TO GET YOU IN SHAPE FAST!

The class is designed to be challenging for all fitness levels beginners to advanced. Our highly trained staff can take a very diverse group and create a very affective workout for each individual no matter your level of fitness.

Whether you are a house wife with 3 kids looking to lose weight or a triathlete looking to improve your sports performance, this boot camp is for you.

If you want to lose weight and you are up for a challenge, spaces fill fast.
