12 Session Package
Your 12 sessions can be completed at your convenience. Come all three
days per week, or come once per week until you use up your 12 sessions.
Our goal is to be as flexible as possible, as we understand responsibilities
sometimes take precedent.
However, to see the best results, we recommend that you come at
least 2-3X per week. Your body will respond very quickly with that
kind of workout frequency.
Each session is 1 hour in length

Just show up with the PAR-Q completed on any day and you are welcome
to participate in the class that day.
