WHAT TO EXPECT AT
OUR BOOT CAMPS?
At Get Fit Silicon Valley San Jose Fitness Boot Camps you are taken
through a one hour workout that burns fat better than any other form
of exercise you can get. This boot camp is held outdoors, on a grass field,
as you are led by motivated instructors who take you through a series
of exercises that progressively increase in difficulty as the weeks
go by.
You will run, do push ups, use medicine balls, light
weights, run around cones, do ups and downs, high steps, lunges, and so
much more. You will get brief 1 minute rests in between some exercises,
then you wil be back at it toning your muscles and shedding the fat.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Women and men of all sizes, shapes, and fitness levels are encouraged
to participate. Each boot camp or combine progressively increases in
intensity. From the start you will get a fantastic workout, and as the
weeks progress, the intensity will increase, pushing your body to the
next fitness level as you shred and burn the fat from your body. Each
session is fun, exciting, and the hour will fly by before you know it.
The boot camp workout will result in a feeling of increased energy and
metabolism. You will feel fantastic, and you might make a few new friends
while doing it too.
